Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves rubbing or tapping on various points of the body, in order to release stress/pain around physical and/or emotional issues.  Over ninety percent of physical pain is caused by negative reactions to things that happen in our lives, which, in turn, create 'blocks' (or pain) in the body, and EFT may assist to release these blocks.
