 | Dear Erica, Thank you for the Subconscious Ascension session last week. A few things have shifted. One is my mood is definitely a few levels higher, but the coolest thing that happened was last night. I awoke in the middle of the night (or I thought I was awake). I started to think about things, then it was like I was watching a movie, but the movie was made up of events in my life, when I had been devastated with the response of the important figures in my life as, time after time, I saw myself being devalued. I watched, as I took on their opinion that I was not special and needed no consideration. As I watched, I found myself getting angry at myself for accepting the negativity of others. "You do not have to take that" I shouted at myself. Then I grasped the meaning of this seemingly endless loop of film. Every time was an opportunity to say "I am special, I do not buy into your views", but I did not feel I was special, so I had to deal with it again and again. Next morning, I muscle-tested myself "I am special" – no surprise when the answer came back "no". So I changed my belief pattern, cleared the negative emotions I had around the belief (mainly grief), and have realised why I spent so much energy making others feel special – because I was trying to fill a void in myself.  | I attended a Subconscious Ascension session with Erica West in late 2009. I have experienced quite a few improvements in my life since that time. I found myself buying dresses and high-heeled shoes for the first time in years, a sign to me that I have once again embraced my feminine side. It was clearly suppressed for a very long time. I have put aside a lot of guilt associated with my early life and can now look back with humour instead of anxiety. I took on a lot of blame for silly things that don't really matter. I am more outgoing after spending many years as a virtual hermit. I have more confidence in myself and in my interactions with others. During a second session with Erica this month, I had a big reaction to the section where we were releasing fear and abandonment. I am looking forward to more benefits coming alive in my life in the near future. Try this healing method. I feel it has a lot of merit and can bring untold benefits to a person's life.  | Since I have been having Subconscious Ascension sessions, I have been a lot calmer (able to cope better with day-to-day stuff), not get as angry or upset as I used to, or feel as if I am getting nowhere in my life.  | I have had several Subconscious Ascension treatments, and, as a result, find that my stress levels have gone down to a marked degree. I can now just shrug my shoulders and shake off situations that, prior to the Subconscious Ascension sessions, would have had me on the verge of a stroke. Complete strangers are now friends in next to no time, and I am much closer to my family and friends. I am calmer, more confident, and have gained more assurance in decision-making.  | Since having the Subconscious Ascension session in early 2008, my life has significantly improved. I have never felt so balanced and in control of my life. A lot of the changes have been very subtle. I, generally, feel more settled and calm in myself, and more relaxed and happy. Being an Artist, I found that the Subconscious Ascension session also helped to improve creativity, and bring a stream of new ideas, and transform the quality of my art work to a much higher level. I feel that this session was extremely beneficial, and has opened doors to new growth, development and creativity - physically, emotionally and spiritually.  | Looking back over my life, I realised that the whole time I had been living a lie. I only let people see little snippets of me; just enough for me to make some friends. Every decision was made with the question - "What will everyone think if I do ….. (from what I ate, wore, said)". This consumed my whole being. I was being who I thought they wanted me to be. I had reached a point in my life where everything was falling down around me. My job was crap, my home life was so-so, and I was on the verge of physical and mental exhaustion. I pretty much hit rock bottom. I seriously injured my back and, consequently, had to leave my job, and was told I had to rest for 3 months. Rest - meaning I was to do nothing but lie flat on my back. During my time of recuperation, I was told about the Subconscious Ascension (SA) treatment. I (dubiously) went along, not having any idea what it entailed. I came away not noticing any immediate changes. By the sixth week, I had noticed my depression deepening, though my other symptoms did not worsen. I went back for a second SA session, and was asked about any changes that had taken place. I could not think of many, until I was asked what I would like to change in my life, and the things that I thought important. Only then, did I realize, the things I thought so important in my first SA session did not enter my mind. The materialistic ideals I had seemed to vanish, and, for the first time in my life, I actually put myself first, and truly thought about what I wanted in my life. My dreams and ambitions suddenly seemed like they could become a reality. My back healed in only 6 weeks (something which astounded the doctors), and the great weight I had been carrying around with me for so many years was lessening with each session. Two years later, I've had about seven SA sessions, and I feel great. I'm proud of who I am, and where I'm going. I'm healthy and happy, and am surrounded by wonderful people. I enjoy the simple things in life. I'm sure I'm addicted to the SA treatment - not the treatment itself - the feeling of lightness, of releasing what is no longer necessary for me to hang on to. My plans are to float through my life as happy, carefree and content as I can be. With this treatment, I know that it is possible.
